CDs and DVDs
There are many different printing processes used for on body CD and DVD printing. Be sure you see a physical sample from your supplier before committing to an order. Cheaper options are often laser printed sticky labels. Screen-printing offers a much better quality but is limited when trying to reproduce imagery. The design of your on body print will dictate the most effective printing method.
Promotional toolkit artwork templates are available for CD and DVD on body printing and for CD cases, which can help to keep your design costs down, as well as helping to deliver brand consistency and better brand recognition in your country or region.
A massive number of options exist for CD and DVD covers, from sticky centre tabs to multi folding origami style mechanisms. Consider the cost versus the impact of the design. If a CD and DVD is likely to be used only once it wouldn’t be worth producing an expensive manufactured container when a simple card sleeve would suffice.
